Accessible parking is located near the main entrance. A signed limited mobility drop off zone sits on flat ground inside the main car park. The mobility access gate can be opened on request; if no attendants are present, a phone number is posted on the gate. Visitors using this gate must have pre paid tickets—if not purchased online, the ticket booth is 40 m away at the main entrance.
Navigating the farm
The top section of our perennial garden is flat with bitumen and cement paths suitable for all wheelchairs and strollers. This area includes show gardens, a food court, souvenir shops, a performance stage, and an accessible bathroom.
The main flower fields are on a slope with grass, mulch, and loose rock paths, which can be challenging for visitors with limited mobility. We do not recommend pushing a wheelchair on this slope.
Visitors who cannot navigate the hill may use our complimentary tractor train service, which continuously loops through the main flower fields. Reaching the boarding point requires using a downhill gravel path, and the train can take one wheelchair per loop.
A limited mobility shuttle (golf cart) operates on demand between the top and bottom of the fields, giving access to the lower food court and flat areas. This service cannot transport visitors who remain in a wheelchair.
All souvenir shops onsite are step free.
