As you tap your toes, you can indulge in delicious Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges foods and beverages. Entry includes complimentary wine and beer tastings from some amazing boutique wineries and breweries.

It is the perfect weekend to relax and enjoy the colours of spring.


Beers from Red Duck Beer, Napoleone with a range of ciders and Bavaria. Wines from Yering Farm Wines and ciders, Yarrawood Estate, Sir Paz Estate,  and more.

Dogs on lead are welcome.

Alternating all day are the upbeat tunes of jazz Trio tinkling the ivories with their baby grand, Cheek to Cheek and Dr Jazz featuring Ruby Ray, a hot 5 piece ensemble playing the early jazz tunes from the 20’s to the 50’s. Plus the Tracey Roberts Trio are jazzing it up on our Yarra Views Stage.


Coldstream Dairy – Italian style locally, hand made cheeses. Platters and tastings available.

Poffertjes – Moorish Dutch pancakes with various toppings, many people visit just for these treats.

Dutch Foods – Croquettes, Frikandellen (sausage), Reifkoek (potato cakes)

The Tulip Cafe – Dine in or take away meals

Gozleme – Traditional Turkish, hand made Gozleme with a variety of fillings (savory flat bread, pastry dish)

The Wicked Spud – Potato twisters and gourmet wedges

Il Padrino – Wood fired pizza, Kibbeling (Dutch fish bites), salt & pepper calamari, french fries

Baked Potato Express – Baked potatoes with various fillings and fresh corn on the cob.

Silva Coffee – Delicious coffee roasted in the Yarra Valley.

Choo la la Nuts – Roasted praline almonds, macadamias and peanuts.

Timboon Fine Ice Cream – Home made ice creams and sorbets.

Chocolate Junction – Fairy floss, strawberry and chocolate kebabs, frog in the pond, biscuits and slices.

Town and Country Pantry – Marinated strawberries, dukkah, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, chocolate powders, dip mixes and spice blends.

Zero Lam – Japanese street food made to order. With Takoyaki, Gyoza, Taiyaki, Tempura Prawn, Crispy Scallop, Squid Tentacles, Udon and  Crumbed Squid skewers. (Sat/Sun only)

Afrofeast – Yummy African street food.

Bean to Melbourne Coffee – Pedal powered espressos, chais, teas and more. (Sat/Sun only)

Bavaria Dutch Beer Tent – Dutch beer, cider and wine.

Wine (and beer) Tasting!

During the Tesselaar Tulip Festival Food, Wine and Jazz weekend, each adult receives two complimentary tasting tokens on entry. With a range of Yarra Valley wineries and breweries to choose from, everybody’s taste buds should be well catered for.

Wines will also be available by the glass or bottle so you can sit back and enjoy the jazz amongst the splendour of the tulips. Tesselaar and participating wineries practice responsible service of alcohol – please ensure you have a designated driver for the day.

Market Stalls

Local crafts from the Yarra Valley, Warburton Trail and Dandenong Ranges will be on display. Face painting by amazing artist Elena Lieu.
